  • 2 sliced garlic cloves

  • Umami seasoning

Vegan Cream Cheese Balls

Cheese balls are the ideal holiday snack and appetizer, offering a nice creamy flavor that you and your family will surely find delightful. This healthy snack only needs a few ingredients as well, which means that you can make a whole set of them to serve in any meal during the day!


  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 2 cups of coconut oil
  • Agar powder
  • Cream Cheese
  • 2-3 cups water
  • Sliced chives
  • Yeast  flakes
  • Salt


  1. Put your cashews in hot water for around 5 minutes and then rinse and drain afterward.
  2. Blend the cashews, coconut oil, salt, and yeast flakes and add boiling water. Blend it until you get a smooth consistency.
  3. Add the chives and cream cheese into the blended mixture and mildly blend it one or two more times. 
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for around 1 hour and wrap it around cheesecloth.
  5. Rest the cheese ball overnight and roll it on walnuts afterward. 
  6. Serve and enjoy with the family!

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 2 packs of grated cassava


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix the cassava, coconut cream and milk, and the sugar in one bowl
  3. Pour the mixture into a tray and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  4. Mix sugar and coconut cream and place on top of the cassava mixture
  5. Broil the top mixture until caramelized.
