Everybody is a dreamer. And it is not a bad thing to do. So; you want to finally discover how to be successful in business and in life? First, imagine where you’ll honestly be in the next 10 years. You cannot just sit and wait for the stars to align!

Now, am I saying if you just sit around and think of the things you want in life that they will just magically appear? Of course, not. Motivation is the key, but is nothing without understanding the following
(Motivation + Plan and Actions + Get Out of Your Comfort Zone = Goal)
The same methods apply to business as well. So many people are torn between balancing their needs and wants and it’s really a pain in the neck. And true enough, so many articles are giving the same amount of advice but not tangible. So if you’re still having a hard time to recalibrate your mind and crack your bones to reach success, here are the steps on how you do it. And to tell you, this is not a piece of cake.
Here’s the 3 Secret Formula for Successful in Business and Life
Step 1- Look for Something or Someone Who Motivates You
Ever since I was a kid all I wanted was to build my AI-Technology based homemade of high-end materials with an infinity pool. I would tell myself “visualize until it materializes”. Of course, at that age, it is hard because all you have is visualizations of your dreams, but as I got older, I realized that just visualizing wasn’t enough. I needed a striking motivation that will drive me. However, throughout the time, the visualization never stopped and that lead me to look for my best source of motivation; my family. I would put together vision boards of what I wanted my future home look like so I was constantly reminded of what I was working toward each day. I always think of my family if what will be their reactions if my dreams turned into a reality. Imagining their priceless smiles while enjoying the corners of my house is so satisfying. So what’s your motivation?
Step 2- Make a Plan and Make it Into Actions
If you’re looking for ways to be successful in life, you’re not going to find it in the people around you. Make an effective plan and make the necessary and efficient actions to make it happen! The people in charge of your plans is yourself and nothing else matters. Live life your way and stop looking to others for validation that you’re on the right track. Don’t let outsiders cloud your plans. People always think they know what’s best for you but the last the one who has the last say is YOU.
Execute your plans and work on it step by step. You cannot grasp everything all at once. But the truth is unless you take those baby steps, you won’t really know whether it’s something you want or something you think you want. After planning, make actions! You can’t achieve success if you haven’t done anything. There’s no big financial reward just for showing up. You need to put in the time and energy into building something. After all, the most successful people are all creators. Mark Zuckerberg created Facebook. And if you commit your life to be successful you could eventually start to see what it takes; time and consistent effort.
I know it’s easier to just put on Netflix and turn off your brain after a workday, but the results you want to see come from keeping your brain turned on after hours. Trust yourself a bit more and you’ll realize you know what you’re doing.
Step 3- Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
To grow as an individual, you need to try new things. You might try new foods, change your toxic routine, or travel somewhere you’ve never been. Every one of us goes through complicated situations and has opportunities to leave our comfort zone. Hence, you need to be willing and brave enough to leave your comfort zone if you want to be successful in business and in life.
No matter we avoid it, facing things and scenarios that are outside our comfort zones is just a part of life. If we refuse to leave our comfort zones, we could miss out on big things. And, it could lead to the destruction of your plans.
After all the planning and actions, you have to reflect if what you’re doing is really effective. Contemplate deeply and dig in into the possible outcomes of your hard work. Think about all the people you’re loyal to in your personal life. And, think about how strong that relationship has to be for you to want to be loyal to them.
